The inaugural Logitech G Pro Invitational Qualifying Series concluded at Mount Panorama on the 22nd of February, Dylan Rudd coming out on top winning the championship and the final round in a dominant display of driving.

20 drivers secured their places for the 2023 Logitech G Pro Invitational series, so who impressed the most over the four round championship?

1. Dylan Rudd

A season for the ages, Rudd has put on a clinical display of driving taking 2/4 race victories along with the inaugural Logitech G Pro Invitational Qualifying Series Championship. Dylan has shown the ability week in week out he is capable of being a threat. Whether it’s a last lap pass for the win like at Hockenheim, or a come from behind strategic drive at Bathurst, this driver is the real deal.

2. Rehan Liyanage

The youngest competitor in the Logitech G Pro Invitational Qualifying Series, Rehan has shown nothing but class across the 4 round championship, proving age is no barrier in the world of sim Racing. A fantastic pole position at Hockenheim was the highlight of the season, but his consistency in the races has proven to be elite. As Rehan heads into his first full time campaign, watch this space, because he’s here to win.

3. Thomas Hinns

A veteran of Supercars racing, Thomas Hinns has shown his experience over the course of the qualifying championship. A best result of 9th at Sandown doesn’t tell the full story of consistency that he has been able to display, along with his ability to keep himself out of trouble. If Hinns can continue his consistent driving along with the ability it stay out of trouble, he will be someone to keep a close eye on in 2023.

4. Kurt Stenberg

2022 Logitech G Pro Invitational Series driver Kurt Stenberg returned in an attempt to re qualify for the 2023 edition of the series, What we saw was the Kurt Stenberg of old. Although qualifying wasn’t his strong suit, His ability to carve his way through the pack was excellent, showing he still is one of the best drivers around. Phillip island was the truest example of Kurt’s driving ability, perfect strategy along with fast and consistent racing saw the TTR driver appear at the front of the field with a handful of laps to go before being turned around at Miller Corner. Although that didn’t become the result Kurt may of wanted to achieve, it’s proof that Kurt is back and ready to tackle 2023 head on.

5. Sebastian Varndell

- A new face around the paddock, Pursuit Sim Racing’s Sebastian Varndell has surprised a few with the pace he’s been able to show over the 4 round championship. Relatively inexperienced, Varndell has time and time again shown he can race alongside the best there is to offer. Hockenheim was a stand out performance for this driver, qualifying well inside the top 10 and going on to finish a outstanding 8th position. This is just a glimpse of the speed this driver can offer, with the experienced hands of Pursuit Sim Racing in his corner, anything is possible in 2023.
